Responsibilities

  • Attend education, training & professional development programs
  • Prospect for new clientele
  • Maintain and foster relationships with past and current clientele
  • Advertise and market residences and/or commercial property
  • Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
  • Negotiate transactions
  • Abide by REALTOR Code of Ethics, real estate board bylaws and company policy
  • Maintain Professional Development Requirements for Re-Licensing

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to Ethics
  • Valid BC driver's license & vehicle
  • Valid Real Estate Trading Service License (UBC Sauder School of Business)

Compensation

  • Commission-based model. Inquire within for fee schedule.
  • Licensees are Independent Contractors
